This laddu is one of the easiest laddu to prepare just with 3 ingredients. It will not be hard to eat like other laddus and just melts in your mouth.

Nutritional benefits: 100g of wheat gives, 341kcal of energy, 48g of carbohydrates, 12.1g of protein and 1.7g of fat

· Carbs are the main nutritional component of wheat. Still, this grain harbors significant amounts of fiber, which may aid your digestion. Its protein mostly comes in the form of gluten.

· Whole wheat may be a decent source of several vitamins and minerals, including selenium, manganese, phosphorus, copper, and folate.

· Wheat has a few potential downsides. These include allergy, worsened IBS symptoms, wheat intolerance, and antinutrient content.

· Ultimately, if you enjoy breads, baked goods, and other wheat products in moderation, this ubiquitous grain is unlikely to harm your health.

· Jaggery is a better option instead of adding sugar, as it has little more nutrient than sugar. 20g of jaggery contains around 2.2mg of iron which is more easily used by the body when compared to iron in other plant sources.

Ingredients:

· Wheat flour – 1 cup

· Jaggery – 1 ¼ cup

· Ghee (if required) – 2 tsp

· Cashews (optional)- 1 tsp

Method:

1. Dry roast the wheat flour till you get the aroma.

2. Grind the jaggery into fine pieces so that it is easy to mix.

3. Next, blend the roasted wheat flour and jaggery in a blender, as it will be easy to make laddus.

4. If its not binding, then add a little bit of ghee.

5. Keep the cut, roasted cashews in the laddu and it is ready to eat!
